COOKIE FILES POLICY
Consenting to have cookies installed by a website every time you visit it would be tedious. According to the latest amendment to the Polish Telecommunication Act, each Internet user may consent to cookie files by modifying the web browser settings. From that point onward, the decision to use a website without modifying web browser settings is construed as an informed choice of the Internet user.
1. This website does not automatically collect any data other than those contained in cookie files.
2. Cookie files (or ‘cookies’ for short) are computer data in the form of text files which are saved to and stored on the Website User’s terminal device and intended for operation of the Website pages. Cookies usually contain the name of their website of origin, their storage time on the terminal, and a unique identification number.
3. The Operator of this Website is the entity which places and accesses cookie files on the terminal of the Website User.
4. Cookies are used for:

7. In many instances, web browser software permits storage of cookie files on the terminal of the Website User by default. Website Users may always modify their cookie settings. The settings can be specifically modified to block automatic handling of cookies in the web browser preferences, or notify the Website User every time a cookie file is attempted to be written to the terminal. 8. The Website Operator advises you that restrictions in handling of cookie files may affect some functionalities provided on the Website pages.
9. The cookies written to the Website User’s terminal can also be used by advertisers, partners, and third-parties of the Website Operator (including Facebook, Twitter, and Google).

Mobile apps and cookies
Not unlike the full version of the Website, the Users of the Website Operator’s mobile app is notified about the use of cookies which work in a similar way.
The cookies are designed to store information about the Website User preferences and application settings.
The notice of cookie files is displayed on the websites which allow legal downloading of the Website Operator’s apps, i.e. the application stores of mobile operating system developers.

Google Chrome
The default settings of Google Chrome permit writing of cookies. To modify the settings:
– Click Google Chrome Settings and select Settings;
– Click Show Advanced Settings at the bottom of the screen;
– Scroll to Privacy and select Content Settings;
– Select the settings you require;
– To enable settings dedicated for a specific website, click Manage Exceptions and define your custom settings for websites;
– Click Done to approve.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
The default settings of Microsoft Internet Explorer permit writing of cookies and block files which may originate from websites which do not apply any privacy policies. To modify the settings:
– Open the Tools menu and select Internet Options;
– Open the Privacy tab;
– Use the slider to choose the settings level (the highest one blocks out cookies completely, while the lowest one permits writing of all cookies);
ALTERNATIVELY:
– Click Advanced and choose the settings you require;
– To enable settings dedicated for a specific website, click Websites and define your custom settings for websites;
– Click OK to approve.
Mozilla Firefox
The default settings of Mozilla Firefox permit writing of cookies. To modify the settings:
– Click the Tools menu (or the Firefox button in some app versions) and select Options;
– Go to the Privacy tab and select the settings you require;
– To enable settings dedicated for a specific website, click Exceptions and define your custom settings for websites;
– Click OK to approve.
Opera
– The default settings of Opera permit writing of cookies. To modify the settings:
– Click Preferences, go to Advanced, and open Cookies;
– Select the settings you require;
– To enable settings dedicated for a specific website, go to that website, click your right mouse button on the website, choose Website Preferences, go to the Cookies, and define your custom settings for websites;
– Click OK to approve.
Safari
– The default settings of Safari permit writing of cookies. To modify the settings:
– Open the Safari menu and select Preferences;
– Click the Privacy icon;
– Select the settings you require;
– To enable settings dedicated for a specific website, click Details and define your custom settings for websites.
Cookies in Adobe Flash Player
Adobe Flash Player is used to enable access of the User to multimedia content (like MP3 podcasts, videos, and other), streaming content (live video and audio), programs like online games (which can be played in a web browser), and ads. Adobe Flash Player also uses cookie files.
